Who this covers

This notice explains how Healthcare Straight Up, LLC handles information collected through this website. It does not cover clinical records for people who become patients, which are governed separately by HIPAA and by the practice’s Notice of Privacy Practices, provided to you before treatment begins.

What this website collects

This site does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or analytics that identify you personally. There is no contact form, no account to create, and no newsletter sign-up.

If you call, text, or email using the links on this site, you are contacting me directly through your own phone or email provider. Whatever you choose to send me — your name, your phone number, what you tell me about your situation — I hold in order to respond to you and, if you become a patient, to provide care.

The web host that serves these pages keeps standard server logs, which typically include IP addresses and browser types. That is a routine function of web hosting and is not used to identify visitors.

The shop

Purchases of digital materials are processed by Payhip, which handles payment through Stripe or PayPal and delivers your file. Your payment details are never received or stored by this website. Payhip receives your email address in order to deliver what you bought and to issue a receipt. Their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policy.

What I do not do

I do not sell, rent, or trade your information. I do not share it with advertisers. I do not send marketing email to people who have contacted me about care.

How long information is kept

General enquiries that do not lead to care are kept only as long as needed to respond, then deleted. Clinical records are retained for the period required by California and Florida law and by professional standards.

Your choices

You can ask what information I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where there is no legal or clinical obligation to keep it. Email hcstraightup@gmail.com and I will respond.

A note on email and text

Ordinary email and text messages are not secure and can be intercepted. Please avoid sending detailed medical information that way. If you are already a patient, we will agree on a secure method for anything sensitive.

Changes

If this notice changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
