Kelly is a speech therapist who was born and raised in Tampa, FL who now lives a bicoastal life.  She splits her time between the beautiful coast of St. Petersburg, Florida and the sunny city of Los Angeles, California.  She has over 20 years experience in speech pathology expertise, including 5 years of teaching and over 15 years of managing LTC rehab facilities for physical, occupational and speech therapy. Her passion for helping the older adult population is what drives her to provide the best therapy services and resources for those that she serves. Her unique, direct approach allows patients and therapists to understand the problem, encourage brainstorming of treatment ideas and identify the best treatment methods to maximize the patient experience and outcome.  She strives to give you all the information you need… not shaken or stirred, just straight up!

Kelly received her Master’s in Speech Language Pathology from the University of South Florida and her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Florida (Go Gators!). She has worked in the rehabilitation field since 1997 and specializes in cognitive communication disorders. Kelly’s secret power is her flair for being able to break down the complicated into an explanation that is easily understood by the average person.

In her spare time, Kelly can often be found spending time with family, traveling the world over or enjoying a fantastic dinner and glass of wine with both personal friends and professional colleagues.  She is a believer in the power of the mind, the fulfillment of happiness that comes with gratitude and the clarity that comes with spending time alone and with nature.  Kelly’s strongest belief is that the universe is filled with amazing people, places and things and is just waiting for you to experience it all!
